Account email and recovery

The developer may use their verified backup email to request a password reset. Responses do not reveal whether an account exists.

Confirm email or recover access

Step-by-step instructions

  1. For a new account, open the confirmation email and follow its link before signing in. Links expire in one hour.
  2. Use Resend confirmation and enter your signup email if the link expired or no message arrived. Check your spam folder.
  3. Choose Password reset to request a reset link. Enter and confirm the new password, then sign in again.
  4. For an invited administrator, follow the activation email and set a password to verify the address. Later recovery resets that administrator account only.

On a phone or tablet, use Menu to switch pages and swipe wide tables sideways. Press Escape or Close to return to your work.
